Overview
Study & review Invitation to Tender (ITT) technical specifications datasheets drawings and scope of work related to Electrical & Instrumentation systems. Identify scope boundaries technical requirements and project risks associated with the E&I discipline. Prepare technical clarifications and tender queries when required.
Cost Estimation and Tender Preparation
Develop detailed cost estimates including direct costs (materials labour construction equipment) and indirect costs. Prepare unit rate build-ups and pricing analysis using historical cost data and productivity norms. Assist in preparing technical and commercial tender submissions. Maintain organized estimation records cost databases and tender documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in electrical or electrical & Instrumentation Engineering. 57 years of experience in tendering or cost estimation for Oil & Gas EPC projects. Experience working with major EPC contractors ...
