Job Description
Tool Administration
- Oversee and manage logistics software tools and ensure they are up to date and effective.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on freight forwarding tools.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors for tool enhancement and troubleshooting.
- Configure and maintain the freight management tool to meet the operational needs of the tender team.
Data Analysis
- Collect and analyse tender data to identify trends and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using the Tender app, Excel, and Power BI to provide visibility into key logistics metrics.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to support strategic decision‑making and operational improvements.
- Optimise freight forwarding processes to improve efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the master data entered into the system.
