Job Description
Job Title: Tender Analyst Staff
Department: Sales / Business Development
Reports To: Tender Manager / Business Development Head
The Tender Analyst Staff is responsible for analyzing and preparing tender documents, coordinating with various departments to compile required data, and ensuring the timely and accurate submission of tenders and proposals. This role supports the company’s bidding processes by conducting market research, reviewing bid requirements, and ensuring compliance with client specifications and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender invitations (ITBs, RFPs, RFQs) and assess bid eligibility and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, Technical, Procurement) to gather necessary documents and data for bid preparation.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in accordance with client specifications and deadlines.
