Overview

:

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic national construction business who are looking to recruit a Temporary Works Coordinator on a permanent basis due to growth based at their Cumbria depot.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating Temporary Works Schemes with the Permanent underground and above ground works

  • Review or prepare design briefs and other temporary works scheme documentation

  • Ensure Design Brief prepared by others are adequate and cover the actual site conditions and permanent works design.

  • Managing external and internal Designers.

  • Knowledge of Principle Contractor and Principle Designers CDM roles.

  • Coordinate TW with the Permanent Works Designer. Advise on TW loads and actions that should be considered in the permanent works.
