Job Description
Join Clean Harbors as a temporary Lab Technician in Corunna, ON, where you'll conduct critical analytical tasks essential for operations. This role focuses on sample analysis, equipment maintenance, and laboratory compliance.
You will report to the lab manager, undertaking responsibilities for analyzing samples from various sources and ensuring accurate results. As part of your duties, you'll maintain laboratory equipment and follow approved analytical methods. This temporary position lasts between 3 to 6 months, providing a platform for professional development in a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze samples received from operations and sales
• Follow approved analytical methods for testing
• Maintain laboratory equipment and perform inspections
• Log and manage all samples entering the lab
• Provide support during emergencies as needed
Requirements:
• Chemical Technology Diploma or equivalent experience
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
