WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:
The Client Services Advisor will report to the Client Services Coordinator, and collaborate with Client Care team, and retail to offer the best-in-class experience to our clients. This role will be cross functional with after-care and retail.
This role is located in Campo Belo, São Paulo and it is a temporary contract for 6 months with possibility of renewal.
YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Deliver superior, personalized post-sales customer service to address client inquiries via all available channels such as telephone, e-mail and WhatsApp.
- Achieve SLAs for customer-related contacts and troubleshoot customer facing issues in a timely manner.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to internal teams.
- Foster customer relationships and deliver a positive experience throughout the post-purchase journey across all omnichannel activities.
