Full time Material Recording, Scheduling, Dispatching, and Distributing Workers

Labourforce are seeking an Administration Officer for one of our largest cold storage clients located in the northern suburbs. The role will run for approximately 6 months with the possibility of extending.

 Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm - Immediate start 

This role will suit a focused individual who prides themselves on their accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency. 

 Responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

• Customer Service main point of contact 

• Data Entry 

• Administration Duties 

• Work in a busy high paced team environment 

• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems. 

• Excellent computer and literacy skills 

• Sound experience in Microsoft, Excel and Word 

• Document, procedure writing
