Temp Call Centre Officer/ Assistant (1 year contract) #JTL

Act as the first point of contact for customers.

• Supporting client calls
• Calls will be recorded and information must be input into the system
• Calls come in from our telephony - soft phone Avaya
• Understand both internal and external customers, anticipate customer needs and prioritize customer satisfaction
• Provide satisfactory explanations and take remedial action where necessary
• Alert superiors of recurring service failures to allow corrective action to avoid future problems
• Ad-hoc duties related to contact centre projects

Requirements

• Minimum O level / A level / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any discipline
• Preferably with prior office administration experience
