Job Description
We are delighted to be expanding our sales team and recruiting English speaking Telesales Agents on a full-time or part-time basis.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of telesales experience, or experience in the Real Estate/Sales industry, a bright and enthusiastic personality and amazing verbal communication skills.
*Spanish residency/valid work permit is essential*
Responsibilities
To clearly communicate over the phone the value of our developments, ensuring that you represent our brand and showcase the benefits of becoming a customer
Ask empathetic questions to understand customers’ needs, reservations, and desires.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly targets
You will be working as part of a team to ensure customers enjoy a smooth sales process from the start to the close, all the way through to the after-sales service.
