Telemetry Technician

Full time Health Technologists and Technicians

Responsible for the observation of cardiac / hemodynamic monitors and patient activity on a video monitors if applicable. Reports any unusual activity to nurse or charge nurse. Documents according to unit policy.

Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training Successful completion of cardiac dysrhythmia course or monitor technician course. Or equivalent educ/experience

Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year Acute care monitor technician experience.
