About the Role

Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services by selling directly to retail customers through call centres and online platforms to meet individual and team quotas and AIA business objectives.

What you will do:

• Perform telemarketing calls to leads provided by partners to achieve sales targets.
• Understand the needs of customers and recommend suitable products.
• Convert leads from partners into sales through telemarketing activities.
• Ensure call activities comply with regulations and quality standards.

What we require:

• Obtained a minimum of 'O' Level or higher.
• Possess 2–5 years of prior outbound call centre and/or telemarketing/telesales experience within the financial industry.
• BCP, PGI, HI certification (non‑mandatory).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
