Telemarketer is responsible with contacting international potential customer/clients over the phone to sell products or services. Generating leads, promoting products, handling inquiries and closing Sales.

• Promote products or services, aiming to convince potential clients international.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, address concerns or complaints.
• Responsible in securing sales and completing transactions over the phone.
• Build rapport with clients and create positive impression.
• Make inbound and outbound calls.

• Bachelor’s Graduate in any course.
• 2-3 years’ experience in handling international clients.
• Preferably customer service and sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
