Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Cold Calling : Initiating calls to prospective customers using provided lists to sell products or services.
- Sales & Negotiation : Utilizing persuasive techniques to explain product features, benefits, and prices, and handling objections to close sales.
- Lead Generation & Data Management : Recording customer details, updating CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and maintaining accurate records.
- Inbound Inquiry Handling : Answering customer questions and providing information to drive sales.
- Goal Achievement : Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
