Job Description
Overview
The Telesales Representative is responsible for contributing and generating sales for the company.
Responsibilities
- Performs active selling of products and telephone consultation of a defined customer area
- Processes orders and offers
- Handles customer complaints
- Gathers market information
- Maintains and updates customer data
- Develops customer base
- Realizes the defined sales target
- Must be innovative, profit-oriented and customer-oriented and with good communication skills
Qualifications
- Preferably Ilocano dialect
- Preferably with SAP knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree graduate in any field
- Willing to be assigned in Binan Laguna
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Must be Ilocano local dialects
