As a Telecom Services Technician, you will manage the installation, repair, and maintenance of communication devices for both residential and business customers. Your daily tasks include organizing installations, providing customer support, and ensuring all equipment functions optimally, promoting NorthernTel's services in the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, modify, and maintain telecom equipment for clients
• Prepare customer itineraries for telecom services
• Manage activation and troubleshooting of telephony projects
• Train clients on the use of installed systems
• Ensure equipment is safe, functional, and maintained
Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma; electronics diploma preferred
