β’ Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (about 20 reqs)
ββ’ Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines
ββ’ Source candidates via job boards, social, networking, and outreach
ββ’ Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
ββ’ Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and stakeholders
ββ’ Write and post job descriptions
ββ’ Track candidates and activity in the ATS
ββ’ Support offer process, background checks, and onboarding handoff
ββ’ Monitor and report on recruiting metrics
ββ’ Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
ββ’ Maintain a strong candidate experience and represent the employer brand
KPIs: fill within 40 days or less
