We're Hiring: Telecalling Executive
Location: Noida (On-site)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month (based on experience & performance)
About the Role
StuTem Labs is looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to connect with students and parents, generate interest in our robotics and STEM programs, and schedule qualified counselling sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100–150 outbound cold calls daily to prospective students and parents.
- Explain our courses clearly and handle basic objections.
- Qualify leads and book counselling/demo sessions.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow up with prospects.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
