Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products and services. Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain customer records and update data in CRM or Excel. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and meetings.
