Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Explain project details, plot locations, pricing, and offers to customers. Generate and qualify leads. Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team. Follow up with interested customers regularly. Maintain customer details and update the CRM/database. Answer customer queries and resolve basic concerns. Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer follow-up. Build strong customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction. Collect customer feedback and report it to the management. Maintain accurate records of all conversations and follow-ups.
