Telecaller We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Loans & Insurance team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication. Roles & Responsibilities Contact prospective customers to introduce the company's financial products and services. Explain loan and insurance offerings clearly and address customer queries professionally. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain engagement and improve conversions. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM/MIS.
