Job Description (JD) – Telecaller Position: Telecaller Job Summary: Responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining company products/services, and scheduling appointments to support sales activities. Roles & Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective customers. • Explain project details and answer customer inquiries. • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. • Schedule site visits and follow up with interested customers . • Maintain customer records and update call reports.
