Job Title: Telecaller Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally. Explain company products/services and address customer queries. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM or Excel. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required. Required Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills.
