- Location: Lahore (On-site)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Shift: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
- Campaigns: Staffing & Recruiting Services, Structural Steel Design Services, Cybersecurity Services
- Salary: Competitive base salary + commission (listed range 50,000 - 100,000 PKR)
- Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospects in the US and Canada
- Generate leads and build a sales pipeline
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records
- Qualify leads, schedule calls, and support deal closures
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the team for lead follow-ups and handovers
