Job Description
Location: Uttarpara, Hooghly CTC: Up to 3 LPA Job Responsibilities: - Generate leads through outbound and inbound calling for real estate projects - Convert inquiries into qualified site visit leads - Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead status - Coordinate closely with the sales team for lead handover and closures - Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions - Handle customer queries related to projects, pricing, and availability - Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion target Key Requirements: - Experience as a Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive (real estate preferred)- Strong communication and convincing skills - Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English - Ability to handle customer objections professionally - Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is an advantage - Target-driven and result-oriented approach Educational Qualification: - Minimum 10+2 / Graduate preferred What We Offer: - Fixed salary up to 3 LPA - Performance...
