Job Description
The Telco & Partner Analyst will be responsible for Managing and reconciling the Telco and partner connections, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
This role will collaborate closely with the Connected Services, Telco Churn, Supply Chain, Finance teams, to develop and uphold best practices that drive efficiency and excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities
Extracting data from various systems on a weekly and monthly basis for SIM cost management purposes.
Reconciling SIMs and associated costs to internal systems, and producing detailed analysis as required for cost control and allocation purposes.
Extracting data and reconciling and producing invoices for Connected Services partner providers.
Producing weekly Connected Services Reports.
Undertaking ad hoc data and cost analysis, as required.
Analysing and reconciling Partner invoice charges to customers on a regular cadence for cost control purposes.
