Solution Designer – Business Portal (Telco B2B CRM & Quoting)
We are seeking a Solution Designer to define and shape end-to-end technical solutions for a B2B Business Portal within a telecommunications environment. The role focuses on CRM and quoting/CPQ-style journeys across mobile and fixed-line services, translating business requirements into delivery-ready solution designs. This is a design and architecture role, not a hands‑on development position. However, strong technical literacy is essential, including the ability to understand code-level concepts and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end solution designs for portal-based B2B journeys (e.g. onboarding, quote-to-order, configuration, fulfilment touchpoints).
