ABOUT YOUR ROLE: Technology Technician acts as a contact point between the production team and other departments. The primary objective of this role is to drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize production efficiency, enhance overall performance, and significantly reduce manufacturing costs, waste, and Customer Complaint Rates (CCR).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Join (or lead) some projects to improve or develop new processes to optimize production workflows and increase efficiency.
- Identify, analyze, and implement solutions to reduce material waste, operational costs, and machine downtime.
- Investigate root causes of quality issues to minimize the Customer Complaint Rate (CCR) and improve product consistency.
- Lead or participate in capital investment projects, machine upgrades, and system automation evaluations.
