Rufescent (Sister Company) is looking for a professional, technically strong, and hands‑on Technology Systems & Operations Engineer to support, coordinate, and maintain the technology systems environment across the property and business operations.
This role will report directly to the Head of Technology and will work closely with internal network, device/electronics, software, operations, facilities, and vendor teams to ensure all technology systems are properly maintained, documented, monitored, supported, and operational.
This is not a basic IT support role. The candidate must have strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network‑connected systems, operational technology, access systems, devices, vendor‑managed platforms, and system support processes.
