Job Summary
The Technology Support Coordinator supports the technology and simulation needs of the Physician Assistant (PA) Studies Program at the downtown instructional site. The Coordinator serves as the primary technology and simulation resource for the program by supporting instructional technologies, simulation-based education, educational software, classroom technologies, standardized patient activities, and technology initiatives that enhance student learning and program effectiveness.
Responsibilities include providing intermediate technical hardware and software support through the set-up, testing, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of departmental physical and virtual endpoint systems supported by Information Technology and Analytics.
