Ensures product and process quality by managing laboratory testing, on-site evaluations, and raw material and finished product verification; supports R&D by coordinating and executing activities for new product development, formulation improvements, and process optimization; works cross-functionally with quality, logistics, sales, operations, and R&D teams to drive product excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
