Job duties include:
ο§ Monitor, maintain and support systems and software to ensure stability and compliance with technology standards.
ο§ Performs maintenance, including installation of patches and upgrades.
ο§ Incident detection, resolution, and/or escalation. Participation in root cause analysis, correction and prevention.
ο§ Monitors systems availability, performance, and capacity against baseline metrics and reports trends.
