Job Description
Enhance technical skills at Finning as a Technology Solutions Engineer Co-op based in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This role focuses on providing exceptional support for CaterpillarĀ® technologies both on-site and remotely.
As a Technology Solutions Engineer Co-op, you will report to the Technology Support Supervisor, assisting with the operation of CaterpillarĀ® Mining and Construction software and hardware. This position requires collaboration with internal teams and customers to troubleshoot issues and support project improvements across both office and field environments.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide technical support for CaterpillarĀ® and Finning products
ā¢ Report on product failures and serviceability concerns
ā¢ Assist in continuous improvement project work
ā¢ Create and manage technical documentation
ā¢ Maintain CaterpillarĀ® technology inventory and tools
Requirements:
ā¢ Valid driverās license with a clean record
