Leads marine/offshore tech + engineering projects from kickoff to delivery. Main goal: ensure vessels, rigs, or offshore systems are built/upgraded safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet DNV/ABS/MOM standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan & Scope: Define project scope for shipbuilding, retrofits, conversions, or offshore rig upgrades. Prepare project schedules, budgets, WBS, and resource plans.
- Execute: Coordinate naval architects, structural/welding teams, QA/QC, subcontractors, and yard operations. Run daily toolbox meetings & weekly progress reviews.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure work follows MOM, MPA, class rules DNV/ABS/LR. Enforce safety, LOTO, PTW, and environmental regulations.
- Stakeholder Mgmt: Liaise between client, shipowner, class surveyors, vendors, and internal teams. Send status reports, S-curves, and claims.
