Role Summary
The Technology Lead – Palletizing Systems is the technical owner of all automatic palletizing equipment across the manufacturing site. This role is responsible for defining the technology roadmap, standardizing equipment, improving system reliability, maximizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and designing robust, operator‑centric solutions that improve safety, productivity, and ease of operation.
