Role SummaryThe Technology Lead – Labeling & Conveyor Systems is responsible for the technical leadership of all labeling equipment, product transfer systems, and conveyor technologies. This position ensures robust, standardized, highly reliable manufacturing systems that maximize production efficiency while creating intuitive, operator-friendly equipment.Primary Responsibilities
+ Own the technology roadmap for labeling and product transfer systems.
+ Define engineering standards and equipment specifications.
+ Lead initiatives to improve OEE, reliability, and system performance.
