We work with organisations that grow through acquisition and need experienced people to run the technology side of bringing new businesses in. We are adding proven M&A technology delivery people to our associate panel for current and upcoming work.

Tasks

Run the technology and data side of live acquisitions, from planning through to completion. The work usually includes:

• Getting acquired businesses ready for day one and for steady running afterwards.


• Bringing systems and data together and deciding what to keep, replace or retire.


• Planning and running data migration and testing before go live.


• Keeping the plan, risks, actions and dependencies current and under control.


• Managing suppliers and internal teams so the work stays on track.


• Giving clear progress updates to the integration lead and senior stakeholders....
