Job Description
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 4+ years of application support and maintenance experience (tier 2 and tier 3)
- Incident management & problem management
- Change management and production deployments
- Batch job management & production
- Dashboarding, automation and simplification
- Application transition and steady state support
- SLA & KPI management
- SOX Compliance activities
Preferred
- Experience in telecommunication domain.
- Technical expertise
- Primary skill: Networking Configuration, Telecom signaling, OEM - NetScout & Cisco, Physical Understanding of Telco Network
- Telecom Service Assurance platforms.
