About the job Technology Development Engineer (eflash Process)Responsibilities:
- Develop eflash process with internal R&D and Module teams.
- Understand customers' requirement on device/process specifications.
- Collaborate with internal R&D testing team to develop eflash CP test program and qualification criteria.
- Develop and improve new devices, including electrical parameter tuning and layout optimization, as well as device qualification.
- Set up PDK related document for new development devices, including topological layout rule definition and electrical spec definition, as well as Boolean formula creation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electronics/electrical/physics/materials engineering or other relevant fields.
