Job Description
Join Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. as a Technology Development Engineer in San Jose, CA. This role focuses on maintaining and developing advanced power IC devices across various technologies.
As a pivotal team member, you will engage in process and device development for high voltage, DMOS, Bipolar, and CMOS technologies. You'll work closely with multiple teams, including the MPS Foundry Group and Design group, to ensure device requirements are thoroughly met. Your contributions will support innovative power delivery architectures that drive sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain power IC devices and processes
• Interface with fabrication foundry personnel for device qualification
• Define design rules and verify against CAD group outputs
• Collaborate with Design and Mask Design groups for requirements
