- Drive manufacturing excellence standards across EM Hub industrialization projects.
- Develop and harmonize manufacturing methods, standards and best practices.
- Lead lessons learned implementation and manufacturing knowledge management.
- Define manufacturing release standards and governance processes.
- Support process classification and manufacturing capability development.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment on strategic manufacturing topics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering and industrialization.
- Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing systems and standards.
- Experience in manufacturing strategy, process governance and standardization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
