Job Description
The Techno‑Commercial Manager provides leadership in commercial terms, compliance, and negotiation, contract management, and technical engagement during project implementation and operations while focusing on optimization and commercialization. The position acts as a key integrator across O&M, Engineering Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, and external stakeholders to safeguard company interests, mitigate risks, and ensure operational readiness and long-term asset performance. The role ensures key vendors and partners contractual obligations are fulfilled, plant performance meets guaranteed parameters, DNP monitoring, and all claims, variations, and commercial matters are effectively managed in coordination with internal stakeholders.
