We’re looking for a passionate and practical Technician / Instructor – Multi Skills to join our Construction team at Bournemouth & Poole College.

About The Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting both students and teaching staff by ensuring workshops run smoothly, safely, and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing tools, materials, and equipment for practical sessions
• Maintaining and repairing workshop equipment to a high standard
• Managing stock, ordering materials, and ensuring cost efficiency
• Supporting practical demonstrations and student learning
• Ensuring workshops meet all health & safety standards (including COSHH)
• Keeping workshop environments organised, safe, and industry-relevant
