Job Description

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing service and/or repair functions to support existing Mission Completion product lines and will provide support and service under the Mission Completion Products (MCP) portfolio. All duties are expected to be performed safely and in accordance with established procedures as required and/or specified by the direct line manager


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Service and repair of customer property items including, but not limited to, centrifugal pumps and frac hoses as supported by the Mission Completion Products group.
  • Perform service and repair at NOV locations and at customer locations as required.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with the QA procedures and departmental work instructions.
  • Disassemble equipment to remove parts and determine required repairs
