Position Overview
The Building Technician will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity, operational efficiency, and safety of commercial building systems and facilities. This role requires hands‑on technical expertise to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, respond to service requests, and ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and safety regulations.
