Our technicians are the backbone of our Workshops and play a vital role in keeping our customers and their vehicles safe and on the move. In this role, you will have the chance to work on a huge range of vehicles, from unique Ford models to the newest hybrid and electric vehicles and everything in-between.
We are proud to offer continuous development and training for anyone who wants to take us up on the offer. We have fast track programmes in place via the Ford Master programmes for those who are keen to progress quickly, IMI Level 4 training for those who want to continually push their knowledge, in-house training for those who want to broaden their company knowledge, as well as certified training for Electric and Hybrid vehicles for those who love learning the latest technologies.
