Job Description: Attending to the repair and servicing of agricultural products/equipment, including fault finding, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical faults. Attending to the installation of products/equipment in compliance with customer requirements. Attending to the installation of electrical wiring, distribution boards, or any other type of electrical wiring or equipment as required. Attending to the programming of products/equipment where applicable. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining appropriate solutions. Resolving technical and procedural problems. Conducting regular field visits to inspect installed products/equipment. Providing customer support during field visits.
