Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive mechanical assembly and produce complex wire, coaxial and flat cables.
- Use hand tools and machines like screwdrivers, soldering irons, crimpers and wire.
- Clean parts, identify wires by color code and support first-time production runs.
- Assemble, rework, or modify parts using drawings, tickets or verbal instructions.
- Assist with cycle counting, inventory tasks and material transactions.
- Support continuous improvement and team collaboration.
- Maintain knowledge of industry equipment and techniques.
- Meet daily output and quality targets.
- Inexperienced candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum Secondary school (GCE O Level) or higher education.
- 6 months - 2 years as a Technician in production or manufacturing environment.
- Read and follow work instructions for cable assembly.
