Key Responsibilities Technical Diagnostics and Repairs Perform accurate fault finding, troubleshooting, and diagnostic assessments on equipment. Prepare detailed job cards and technical reports. Ensure diagnoses result in the most accurate and cost-effective repair solutions. Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs as required and according to customer requests. Conduct complete machine rebuilds when required. Perform hydraulic system diagnostics and repairs. Conduct electrical component diagnostics, repairs, and replacements. Field Service and Customer Support Respond promptly to customer service call-outs. Provide on-site technical support and emergency breakdown assistance. Assist fellow Service Technicians when required to ensure efficient service delivery. Maintain professional customer relationships and provide technical guidance where necessary.
