**Job Title: Construction Laborer / Erosion Control Technician** **Job Description**
In this role, you will focus on installing and maintaining erosion control systems, including fences and wattles, on a civil construction site in Michigan City, IN. Your hands-on work will involve driving posts, installing silt fencing, shoveling and spreading dirt or rock, seeding, and blowing straw to support storm water pollution protection efforts. While heavy equipment operators manage machinery, you will concentrate on physical labor, site cleanliness, and maintaining safety and communication on a busy construction site.
