Job Description
We are looking for a talented **Field Service Mechanic** to join our high performing field service team. The **Gunnedah Basin** mining region is home to over **170 Cummins High Horsepower engines** , powering a range of mining equipment.
This is a 7/7 Roster, for either someone local to Tamworth, or a Drive in, drive out opportunity can be available.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Perform breakdown and preventative tasks
+ Diverse range engine repairs, both major and minor
+ Working autonomously as well as having the ability to work in a great team environment
+ Work with other major OEM’s – Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Relevant trade qualification (Heavy Commercial Vehicle/Heavy Diesel, Plant, or Light Vehicle also considered)
+ A valid driver’s license
